Chris Pole and Richard Philpott were appointed as joint administrators of The Ever So Sensible Bars Limited ("the Company") on 7 January 2013. 
The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company and contract without personal liability.
Chris Pole is authorised to act as an insolvency practitioner by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. Richard Philpott is authorised to act as an insolvency practitioner by the Insolvency Practitioners Association.
